Ms. Baldwin concentrates her practice in the area of employment-based immigration law. For more than a decade, She has worked with clients to aggressively pursue temporary and permanent employment based immigration solutions.
Ms. Baldwin provides immigration services to corporations, universities, hospitals, and other organizations, as well as, individuals nationwide. She specializes in obtaining immigration status for foreign nationals seeking employment in the U.S. in the fields of health care, business, high tech, education, engineering, and other professions. She also works with companies seeking seasonal workers.
In recent years, Ms. Baldwin’s practice has expanded to include providing advice and guidance to business clients as they address employment eligibility verification and compliance.
Ms. Baldwin is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Immigration Law Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. She is also an active speaker on immigration topics and issues including speaking engagements with the Human Resources Management Association of Greater St. Louis, St. Louis Area Healthcare Recruiters, St. Louis County Bar Association, Government Finance Officers Association, and Women’s Voices Raised for Social Justice. Ms. Baldwin earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from The American University in Washington, D.C.
